MULTI -FAMILY DESIGN

This project was a collaboration while I was working for a local architecture firm and with Daniel assisting with areas our contractor struggled to find help such as our custom white-washed vaulted wood ceilings.
For the design portion, our client hired us to bring their clubhouse up to code as well as incorporate an interior mailroom, three enclosed leasing offices, a tenant game, and yoga rooms. This project quickly evolved from an Interior renovation to an exterior renovation with the building out of the east side to meet structural columns to house the new mail room. This project was subject to design review through the city of Scottsdale, AZ and was recently opened in March of 2025. Our client is very pleased with the transformation!
